Project Cape Cod

A Post War Home in the heart of Brighton was purchased from the original owner fit with it's very own set of granny curtains and ornate cornice. The joy of this make over was in the simple cosmetic changes like painting, opening the enclosed verandah, the addition of a new kitchen and butlers pantry, ensuite, a carport, the featuring of my signature round windows and the clever position and inclusion of a new front door and porch.
